In this episode I really let Wells Fargo have it for whomping it's mortgage customers with a stupid fricking $20 fee if they call in to pay their mortgage. Paying your bill should be FREE.
Then, Elaine exposes those NOT so real "Laptop Offers" on the internet. Read the fine print: "Participation is Required..." and the laptop is not really a laptop...
